Professional Handicappers' Linesheets and Football Schedules

By registering with ScoreHouse, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. 

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

No ScoreHouse schedule, part of any ScoreHouse schedule, line sheet, sports calendar or any other printed or online ScoreHouse material may be reprinted, duplicated or copied for commercial use.  ScoreHouse retains all rights to all material created by ScoreHouse including but not limited to website material, postal mail material, and emailed material.  Any person or persons found to be duplicating ScoreHouse material for resale or any other non-private use will be persecuted to the full extent of the law.

CHANGES

We reserve the right at any time to:

• Change the terms and conditions of this agreement.

• Change the site, including eliminating or discontinuing services or features offered on the site.

• Change any fees or charges for using ScoreHouse.

• Terminate service to all ScoreHouse subscribers or to an individual ScoreHouse subscriber at our discretion.

Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by any means including posting on the site, postal mail or email. Your continued use of the site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the changes. 

CANCELLATIONS

You will always have the option of terminating services with ScoreHouse at any time if you find our services, changes in service, or our terms of service unacceptable or undesirable for any reason.  Subscription fees will be refunded at a prorated amount as appropriate.  

REGISTRATION

To become a member you must register with us. When you register to become a member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form, and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree that we may rely on your registration data as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your registration data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the site.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for any and all activities that are conducted through your account.  We do NOT guarantee the security of your information on our site and cannot be responsible for the actions of malicious third party or "hackers".

CONTENT AND INFORMATION

ScoreHouse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information.  Information provided on ScoreHouse is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but ScoreHouse cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.

ScoreHouse may contain links to other Internet websites or resources. We neither have control over nor endorse such websites, nor have we necessarily reviewed any content that appears on such websites. ScoreHouse cannot be held legally responsible for any content, information, product or service offered on websites linked to ScoreHouse.
